Soyabean, Rice, Udid Dal, Finugeek,
Salt, Citric Acid
How to Cook:
In a mixing bowl add soyabean dosa mix batter Add water to get smooth pancake like
Batter shoudl be slightly thin to spread easily on the pan
Heat the non stick pan and spread it out in a circular motion forming a thin layer
Dizzle a little oil or ghee to the edges until it turns golden brown and crispy for 2-3 minutes
Flip the dosa and cook other side for another 2-3 minutes.
