Ingredients:
Soya Chunk Floor, Besan
Turmeric Chilli Powder, Hing & Ajwain
How to cook
In a mixing bowl add soya chunk & besan chilla mix.
Add illies, chopped coriande onion, r and tomato, ginger green garlic paste.
Add 1 tsp of oil.
Add lukeworm water and prepare a batter of chilla consistency
Grease a non stick pan with oil
Spread the batter in a circular motion forming a thin layer.
Dizzle a little oil or ghee in the edges until it turns golden brown and crispy
Flip the Dosa and cook on the other side for another 2-3 min. Enjoy healthy dosa.
