Ragi, Whole Green Moong, Udid Dal, Pink Salt & Citric Acid
How to cook
Mix 1 measure of dosa mix with 1.5 measure of water to make smooth batter
Let it rest for 5 minutes
Heat a non stick pan. sprinkle little water and wipe with clean cloth
Pour the batter in a Circular motion to make thin dosas
Add Oil/Ghee in the edges and make dosa crispier
Flip and roast on another side
To make uttapam, add 1.5 measure of curd and vegetable
