How to cook:

Mix 1 measure of dosa with 1.5 measure od water to make a

Smooth batter.

Rest for 5 minutes

Heat a non stick pan, sprinkle water and wipe with a cloth

Pour the batter and make a thin dosas

Add oil/butter in edges to make the dosa crispier

Flip and roast for 1 minute and servehot
