Jowar, Bajra, Chana Dal, Udid Dal, Green Moong, Masoor Dal, Red
Chana, Black Udid, Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Carrom Seeds, Salt & Spices
How to cook
Mix chopped onions, green chillies, coriander and other
veggies like carrots, bottle guard etc
Add 1 tsp oil
Add lukewarm water and prepare a dough
Grease a non stick pan with oil
Pat a small portion of dough in the flat shape and roast properly
Flip and roast for 1 minute and serve hot
