Mix 2 tablespoon premix with 1 cupof water to make smooth

batter.

Rest for 5 minutes

Grease non stick pan with Oil

Pour the batter uniformly in Circular motion

Add oil/butter in edge of chilla and cook well

Flip and roast for 1 minute and serve hot
