Ingredients:
Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Udid
Dal, Masoor Dal, Moong Dal, Asafoetida,
Jeera, Curry leaves, Salt, Spices, Citric
Acid & Rice (small amount)
How to cook
Take 1 cup of adai dosa mix and add 2 cups of water
Add onions, green chillies, ginger, chopped coriander & veggies of
your choice.
Grease the pan with oil
Pour the batter on the pan and spread uniformly in circular motion
Add oil/butter or ghee in the edges of dosa and cook well. Flip the
dosa and roast for 1 minute
