Ingredients:
Varai (Barnyard Millet), Groundnuts,
Groundnut Powder, Green Chilli,
Cumin Seeds, Black Salt,
Edible Sunflower Oil.
How to cook
In a thick bottomed Pan, Pour in 750ml (3 cups) of Water and bring it to boil.
Slowly add the 250g Varai Upma Premix to the boiling water and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Add 2 tbsp ghee, Cover with a lid and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium flame, stir occasionally.
Turn off the heat and let it steam and rest for 2-3 minutes to absorb remaining moisture.
Garnish with grated coconut and coriander and serve hot
